I have been very pleased with the tenants that have been in our maisonette. The ongoing management of the property has been very good, we always get monthly statements and feedback if there are any. I am sitting in SA and never have to worry about Appletons running the show in the UK! General day-to-day issues are handled very well, even across the miles I don't find communication very difficult. Appletons being internet based is great, as most people nowadays prefer to use the net to find stuff.
We do not miss Appletons not having a high street office. If I need to see you, I know where you are, but mostly everything can be done by e-mail or phone. And we rate your service as 10/10!!!

Your marketing is honest, acurate and the website with the 360 degree viewing tool is fantastic. The feedback we provided after viewings was very good too.
The management service has been excellent giving up to date emails with all the details you require if something goes wrong with the place, i.e. what's wrong, how it can be fixed and most importantly how much it costs. Your network of honest maintenance people means that the quotes are always reasonable.
Internet is the only way I would search for a place to rent these days. The site is updated regularly and is accurate unlike some of the other agencys, apparantly I had a "pool" according to another company (name withheld)

The way Appleton-Estates markets our property is elegant and personalised (in regard to both lettor and prospective lettees) whilst remaining factual and informative, which means that because we've put that little bit extra in , we can expect to get that little bit extra out by specifically targeting the appropriate customers with the appropriate budget allocation. And because everyone at A-E is so nice, it's always fun, not work, to ring them.
Viewings are stress-less for all involved, as the people at A-E are perfectly familiar with the property and able to explain everything well. As viewings are at arm's length, the relationship remains professional and business-like between lettor and lettee – not personally becoming involved at this point lessens the risk of quibbles over price or provision.
The quality of the tenants you have found are absolutely of the highest order – and if ever we've felt the tenant has stepped out of line, A-E has found a gracious way to communicate that message and resolve the problem.
General day-to-day are dealt with sagely and unobtrusively, and as requested. As we work in a busy office, email and mobile phone communications are preferable – A-E are able to handle many mundane questions or enquiries without involving us, and when anything arises, get in touch promptly by email and mobile phone.
Being Internet based is the only way to fly! Combined with constantly renewed personalised contacts with a stable of companies regularly requiring letting properties, the internet is a very fine means of showing off a property, especially with virtual tours.
May I add one other vital element of no small appreciation – that Appleton Estates is good value for money, makes sure money does not slip, and posts cheques through promptly.
